Joshua is a Brand and Communications professional with experience working on brand development and communication in Africa. He joined ESSA from Sponsors for Educational Opportunities, where he led marketing and student engagement efforts.

Joshua previously served as the 56th General Secretary of the National Union of Ghana Students. He also served on the Commonwealth Students' Association as the Ghana Country Representative and Secretary of the African Regional Committee.

He holds a Master of Arts in Brands and Communications Management from the University of Professional Studies Accra and a Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
