Her expertise spans MEL strategy, impact evaluations, and complexity-aware research, translating evidence into actionable insights for decision-making and scale. Her approach blends behavioural insights with adaptive learning, enabling programs to stay responsive and impactful in complex and evolving environments.

Sylvia holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology and is expanding her skills in data science to deepen her analytical practice.
