Uta-Micaela is Deputy Chair of the Board of Management at the Robert Bosch Foundation responsible for the four topic areas: health, science, society and education, she is also responsible for ESSA.

She was formerly responsible for the Bosch Group’s global corporate communications brand and sustainability. Previous roles include corporate communications at ABB AG and RWE AG.

She is a member of the advisory boards of Quadriga University and Fresenieus University; Trustee of Caritas, the Bürger Stiftung, and the Deutsches Museum, Munich; member of the General Assembly of the Goethe Institute and the supervisory board of LBBW Bank.
