Woulamé is a recent graduate in economics from the University of Lomé (Togo) with a professional interest in human resource and development economics. His research focuses on the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly on human capital as a key driver of economic development.

Before joining ESSA, he participated in several research projects and was a junior consultant at Afrik'Act Togo. Woulamé holds a master's degree in Economics and is also very dynamic and passionate about research and travel.
