Caren Namalenya is a passionate researcher with years of experience managing diverse research projects across Africa and globally. With a solid background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

In her role as Program Manager at GeoPoll before joining ESSA, Caren led impactful research initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning & Management from the University of Nairobi, complementing her Bachelor of Economics & Statistics earned from the same institution. She also holds professional certificates in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation from Strathmore University and the Kenya Institute of Management, respectively.
