Divine is an Education Specialist with experience in educational research, monitoring and evaluation, and education policy analysis.

Before joining ESSA, Divine worked with Africa Education Watch as a Senior Programme Officer where he managed diverse education research projects, undertook monitoring, evaluation, research and learning activities and engaged with education policy actors in Ghana.

Over the last five years, he had been widely hosted by key national media houses in Ghana, enriching the national conversation on topical education issues to strengthen education policies and practices.
