Before Stephen joined ESSA, he worked at Alpha Virtual Academy where he created special learning materials for English teachers and students in basic education.

Stephen's commitment to education is clear from his time as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Education, University of Education, Winneba, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He also has a Master of Philosophy degree in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Stephen focuses his research on teaching English as a second language, foundational learning, and curriculum development and evaluation, highlighting his dedication to shaping and improving education practices.
