Richard has more than 15 years of project management experience in the Ghanaian educational sector. He worked at AfriKids Ghana, where he was a Senior Manager and Head of Programmes.

He led a team focused on strategic leadership and program management, collaborating with national education stakeholders and international organisations.

Richard holds degrees from the University of Education in Winneba, Ghana, Uppsala University, University of Ghana, and University for Development Studies, Ghana.
