Richard joins ESSA from AfriKids Ghana, where he was a Senior Manager and Head of Programmes.

He led a team focused on strategic leadership and program management, collaborating with national education stakeholders and international organisations.

Richard has 15+ years of project management experience in Ghanaian education, holding degrees from the University of Education in Winneba, Ghana, Uppsala University, University of Ghana, and University for Development Studies, Ghana.
