Building Alumni Communities and Impact Networks (BAC-IN)

Overview

The BAC-IN programme is a capacity-building initiative designed to up-skill key staff members at the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Partner institutions. It supports these institutions through direct learning opportunities, the creation of resources, and the development of systems that extend beyond the programme's duration.

Additionally, the project fosters collective learning and strengthens networks among education institutions as part of its strategy to achieve its objectives.

In addition to staff training, the programme includes capacity-building sessions for alumni representatives, who engage in co-creation activities. Select student groups, including those focused on inclusivity for people living with disabilities and refugees, also benefit from the programme.
