Nasser Rashid Iwiire is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) professional with over six years of experience in the international development sector, particularly in education and health projects across sub-Saharan Africa.

Based in Kampala, Uganda, Nasser has a strong background in data analysis, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. He has worked with prominent organisations such as Windle International Uganda, BRAC Uganda, and the Global Education Initiative, where he has successfully developed and implemented M&E frameworks that drive program improvements.

Nasser is passionate about leveraging data to enhance educational outcomes and is committed to contributing his expertise to ESSA's mission.
