Domnick joins ESSA as Senior Manager, Foundational Learning. He is an education specialist with extensive experience in literacy, numeracy, and early childhood development programs. Before joining ESSA, he was the Assessment Advisor for the Kenya Primary Literacy Program at the Education Development Centre, where he led the design and implementation of assessment tools and strategies.

Previously, he worked with Research Triangle International on foundational learning programs such as PRIMR, Tusome, and Tayari, serving in various roles, including as an Education Specialist. He also worked at the African Population Health Research Centre as a Research Officer, overseeing early childhood development initiatives.

Domnick holds a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Kenyatta University in Kenya, a Master’s in Gender Education and International Development from UCL Institute of Education in the UK, and MPhil and PhD degrees in Education from the University of Cambridge in the UK.
