Ebenezer's research journey began at Innovation for Poverty Action, where he contributed to the evaluation of various projects across Ghana. During his time at Farmerline and Kumasi Hive, Ebenezer served as a Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning Lead, where he conducted surveys to assess the impact of different programs and policies.

He also worked at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) as a Research Consultant, supporting systematic reviews.

Ebenezer holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Planning and Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
